What we collect

• Account data — your email address and your password stored as a one-way hash (we never store your password in plain text).
• Authentication & security data — if you enable it, your two-factor (TOTP) secret and hashed recovery codes; email-verification state; and hashed, time-limited tokens for email verification and password reset.
• Subscription data — billing status, plan, and a payment-processor customer ID. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to run and secure the service (e.g., request times, IP address, error logs) and the symbols you view.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, authenticate you, process your subscription, compute and display your read, maintain the public regime-persistence ledger (which contains market calls and outcomes, not your personal information), respond to support, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we use

• Stripe — payment processing and billing (their privacy terms apply to payment data).
• Cloudflare — network delivery and security.
• Email delivery — for verification and password-reset messages.

These providers process data only to perform their services for us.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie (fc_symbol, up to one year) to remember the instrument you last viewed. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention & security

We keep account, security, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls); no method is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and authorities as required by applicable law.

Your choices

You can change your password and permanently delete your account (and its login, two-factor, and recovery data) yourself from the Account page, or by request through the support page. Cancel any active subscription first. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law (such as to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to non-discrimination for exercising them); contact us and we will honor them as required by law.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
