Effective September 13, 2026.
Fusion Copilot provides informational and educational market analysis: an automated read of market conditions and a measure of how persistent each read is. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, future, cryptocurrency, or other instrument. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service.
The service has no order path and no brokerage connectivity. It cannot and does not place, route, or manage trades, and it never holds your funds. You make and execute all decisions yourself, through your own broker.
Trading and investing in futures, cryptocurrencies, and other instruments carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. These products are not suitable for every investor. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional who knows your circumstances.
Fusion measures regime persistence — how long the engine holds each classification before it transitions. It is a measure of classification stability, not a prediction of price and not trading results; it does not represent any account’s profit or loss. Past behavior does not guarantee future results. Data and reads may be delayed, incomplete, or in error.
Fusion’s reads reflect the engine’s actual classifications as they existed at each point in time (no repaint, no hindsight); any examples used to explain the service are illustrative and hypothetical. Neither represents an executed trade or any customer’s returns. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions and for evaluating the information yourself. By using the service you accept these risks. See the full Terms of Service. Questions: the support page.
